Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex machine learning models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers in R&D initiatives.
- Define the technical roadmap for Chronos Dynamics' 2026 product line.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to optimize software for emerging quantum processors.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders and potential investors.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-uncertainty environment.
