Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap to support business goals through 2026 and beyond.
- Architect scalable, cloud-native systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and innovation.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity and data governance in a future-proof environment.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and drive technical excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations and modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, machine learning pipelines, and data architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
