- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and societal needs
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype and scale futuristic solutions
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget across 3-4 strategic projects
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders at global forums
- Mentor a cross-functional team of 12+ specialists in emerging technologies
- Drive patent development for proprietary innovations in AI ethics and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Experience securing $1M+ in venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German for global partnerships
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
