Responsibilities

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with high-velocity innovation projects and emerging technology adoption.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical experimentation.
- Publish thought leadership papers and secure patents regarding breakthrough technologies in your domain.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or a related high-tech field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, quantum computing principles, or advanced robotics is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced startup environment.
