- Coordinate with sustainability teams to create carbon-negative tech solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven 2026+ technology roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic systems, or post-silicon computing
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology paradigms
- Experience leading teams through paradigm shifts (e.g., AI/ML adoption)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
