Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 Horizon platform, integrating generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with 2026 business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype futuristic interfaces.
- Establish best practices for data governance and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems with high availability.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or advanced neural networks is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical vision to executive stakeholders.
