Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration and scalability.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Architect robust, secure, and scalable cloud-native solutions using microservices and serverless technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI and Predictive Analytics, to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the deployment of complex data pipelines and ensure high availability of critical systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Strong command of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating LLMs into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
