Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of next-generation software platforms.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and product strategists.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term innovation projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for visionary initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or platforms.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and a forward-thinking mindset regarding the year 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
