Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Team Architecture: Build, mentor, and scale a world-class engineering team focused on innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable, market-ready products.
- Process Optimization: Implement cutting-edge agile methodologies to ensure rapid delivery and high-quality code.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and scalable system design.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing "bleeding edge" technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
