Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends for 2026
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interface systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate sustainability metrics into tech deployment
- Manage innovation sprints with venture-backed startups in our accelerator program
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on future tech adoption scenarios
- Mentor junior talent in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to enterprise level
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2018-2025)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Fluency in Python and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure preferred)
