Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and next-gen sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with transformative potential for 2026+ markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary tech strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and prototyping sprints
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting and technology adoption lifecycle
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams (US/EU/Asia)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, or R)
