- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with 2030 vision statements
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate disruptive startups into our innovation portfolio
- Design resilience frameworks for quantum-secure communications and decentralized data ecosystems
- Present strategic blueprints to stakeholders with compelling data visualization and scenario modeling

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience mapping to future horizons (2025+)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or neuro-interfaces
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFAI, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year tech predictions implementation
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes for 2026

- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
