Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (e.g., quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant applications and investor partnerships
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with >$100M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: machine learning ethics, quantum computing architectures, or climate tech
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
