- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen systems for healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation portfolio and budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive role
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare/energy preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems
- Strong background in sustainable technology and ESG tech integration
- Executive-level experience with strategic planning and P&L management
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
