As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will define the technological vision for the 2026 horizon, focusing on Artificial Intelligence integration, sustainable tech solutions, and scalable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business growth targets.
Lead the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions into core business processes.
Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (Web3, Quantum Readiness, Sustainable Tech) to drive innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define budget allocations and resource planning for 2026 initiatives.
Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures.
Present complex strategic plans to stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in for major tech initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies with a focus on future trends.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and Data Analytics.
Leadership: Strong experience leading diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
