Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns IT initiatives with long-term business growth targets.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Lead the assessment and integration of cutting-edge technologies, specifically focusing on AI/ML, predictive analytics, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate closely with our R&D and product teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members with clarity and precision.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Project Governance: Identify technical risks associated with long-term innovation initiatives and establish mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, with a specific focus on AI, Machine Learning, and scalable architecture.
