Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex IT infrastructure for government clients, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and enforce federal security protocols, ensuring compliance with NIST and DFARS standards.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and security penetration testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Document technical processes, create incident reports, and train junior staff on security best practices.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or be eligible to obtain one).
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration within the government or defense contracting sector.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Microsoft Server environments, Azure, and Cisco networking technologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
