Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for government agency clients during night shifts.
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and security alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Resolve complex hardware and software issues for remote and on-site personnel.
- Manage and document incident reports, tickets, and service requests using ITSM tools.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to transfer critical information and resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a US Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
