Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including AGI frameworks and sustainable energy systems
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify emerging tech opportunities and market gaps
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and iterative development methodologies
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or blockchain infrastructure
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2018-2023)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers across multiple disciplines
- Mastery of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Portfolio of deployed systems serving 1M+ users
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Go preferred)
