Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes and MVPs for emerging technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive opportunities through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive commercialization of innovations through product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- MBA or advanced degree in STEM field or innovation management
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience securing venture funding or corporate innovation budgets
