Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Pioneer carbon-negative data center solutions using renewable fusion energy
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years leading R&D teams with 3+ quantum/AI patents
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC funding
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow with 99% system reliability
