As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering leaders to define our 5-year technology roadmap. You'll spearhead initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems while ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies for 2026 implementation
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for experimental technologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling innovative technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
