Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Analyze global tech trends to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Define KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Deep expertise in future-of-work and automation frameworks
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in tech strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
