Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite to align emerging tech investments with business objectives and market opportunities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive disruptions to inform strategic decisions
- Develop implementation frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into core business operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members through compelling data narratives
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and domain experts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech focus required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
