Responsibilities
Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementationDevelop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision for 2026Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutionsPartner with C-suite to align tech investments with market disruption forecastsMonitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting digital transformationBuild and manage a network of academic, startup, and industry innovation partnersPresent strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum 7 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadershipProven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environmentsDeep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, AI ethics)Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trendsExperience developing long-term strategic plans with measurable KPIsCertification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation initiatives
