Responsibilities

- Architect ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation guidelines
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Build and manage a network of technology innovators and academic partners
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services with 2026+ market impact
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., Gartner certification)
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation policies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and industry conferences
