Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion) through 2026
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with academic institutions and government agencies on tech policy
- Present innovations to C-suite executives and investors
- Maintain 3-5 year technology roadmap with measurable milestones
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- Experience securing $5M+ in research funding or venture capital
- Published author in top-tier tech journals or conference proceedings
- Strong network with global tech innovators and research institutions
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical presentations
