Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate future products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and regulatory shifts
- Build relationships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
