Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology adoption strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and briefings for executive decision-making
- Oversee pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite, technical teams, and external partners
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
