Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026-2030 horizon, identifying disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks integrating quantum computing, blockchain, and neurotech applications
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for emerging tech ventures
- Lead ethical technology assessment frameworks responsible for deployment readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven product lifecycle management
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence for tech sectors
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIIM)
