Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT, Stanford, and NASA partnerships
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ innovation budget oversight
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and digital sovereignty policies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption risks
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects including neural interfaces and climate-tech
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects from lab to market
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
