Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic breakthroughs to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering teams with future vision
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting tech innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Write thought leadership pieces on technology ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with exposure to emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
