Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological convergence points through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-enabled infrastructure deployment
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align R&D priorities with market needs
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption curves
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology maturity impact
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Experience with technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network with venture capital and innovation ecosystems
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology foresight journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
