Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy framework aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum applications, autonomous systems)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year disruptive potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product roadmaps and business models
- Establish governance protocols for ethical technology deployment and risk mitigation
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, clients, and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, advanced materials)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
