- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic research institutions
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members, securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists in technology forecasting and prototyping
- Develop IP portfolios and patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future technology adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on tech innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private R&D funding
