Responsibilities
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological capabilities with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
- Manage technology forecasting initiatives for 2026-2030 horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational strategy
- Familiarity with technology forecasting methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks in technology development
