Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market research and industry trend forecasting
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies in real-world environments
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic frameworks
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level audiences
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic planning (e.g., CSTM, CDMP) preferred
