Responsibilities
- Lead technology forecasting and strategic planning for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics) for commercial viability
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks connecting R&D with market execution
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience with global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in scaling SaaS or hardware products to $100M+ ARR
