Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes
- Build partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO) a plus
