Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Tech (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level quantum algorithms or carbon-neutral systems
- Expertise in federated learning and homomorphic encryption techniques
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI integration frameworks
- Certification in Climate Tech Impact Assessment methodologies
