Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture with 3+ years in future tech
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology APIs
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in simulating 2026-era tech stacks (Qiskit 2.0, NeuroSim 5.0)
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance Framework 2025
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 scalable future-tech deployments
