- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish cross-functional frameworks for rapid adoption of breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical implications to ensure responsible innovation
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on enterprise-scale transformation
