Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/Big Tech experience
- Proven track record in anticipating and commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and managing R&D budgets >$50M
