- Design strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology initiatives
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and executive stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech evolution
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with patent portfolio development and IP strategy
- Presentation skills for executive audiences with 100+ stakeholders
