Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify market opportunities
- Develop cross-functional implementation roadmaps with 18-24 month horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technological readiness and ROI
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to nurture internal talent
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of translating complex concepts into actionable plans
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in relevant fields
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CFTE)
