Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and their potential impact on our business and industry.
- Develop and execute a strategic technology plan aligned with our long-term vision for 2026.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate emerging technologies into our offerings.
- Lead research and development initiatives in areas such as AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners and thought leaders.
- Monitor and assess competitive technology landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and managing cross-functional teams.
