Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AR/VR, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investment committees
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking of innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal technology foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
