Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or executive leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap implementation success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biocomputing
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner Foresight, TechEmergence) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact (e.g., journals, TED talks)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones with diverse cultural perspectives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology commercialization from concept to market leadership
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, CogniSuite)
