Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market trends

- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory frameworks to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI, reporting quarterly to the C-suite
- Partner with R&D to incubate prototype solutions addressing 2026-specific challenges (sustainable tech, hyper-connectivity)
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership with proven 10-year forecasting success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers on 2020s tech trajectories
- Experience scaling tech teams across international markets with $100M+ budgets
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Fluency in regulatory landscapes for at least two major tech sectors (healthcare, energy, or defense)
