Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Analyze market disruption risks and opportunities across global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (patents/IP preferred)
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of global tech policy (GDPR, CTA, AI Act compliance)
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to enterprise deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
